If it's a unique item, such as a crystal, large stone carving or similar, we will of course send the item pictured. For mass-produced items (yarn & accessories, machines, pocket stones, etc.) we send an item corresponding to the picture.
Invoices are sent to the email address you registered at the time of payment or when you created your account.
If you have created an account, you can find all purchases by logging in and going to "my account". If you have checked out as a guest, you will find your invoice in your emails.
You can always return parts or the entire order in accordance with the Purchase Act or by agreement. Please contact us via the email form before returning.
Yes, as a rule, all items are delivered on an ongoing basis. Please note that items may have been discontinued by the manufacturer, increased in price, or be special unique items that cannot be duplicated (e.g. crystals).
We're a small store and often only one person at work, so we can't answer phones when there are also customers in the store. We'd rather say you can't call at all than have a number that often won't be answered.
